Our Values

At BloomHQ with Nicola Shute, we want to build our business in a way that is in alignment with our own values and using methodologies that we will end up using with our partners. So this meant that one of the first things we ever did was to create our company values.

We started by understanding what is important for us to feel while we’re doing the work we’re doing and what we believe will be important for our partners to feel when they engage with us. By working from a feelings perspective first, we reckon we’ve come up with some values that are meaningful, impactful and practical and tap into the heart of why we’re doing what we’re doing.

When you partner with us or if you come to work in our team as we grow, here are the values we’ll be living:

INTENTIONAL - We will be mindful and thoughtful in our approach to our work and interactions and will keep focused on our mission.

CURIOUS - We’re open to challenging our own ideas and we invest in our continued learning.

EMPATHETIC - We lead with empathy at the forefront of our work and we are open to new perspectives.

COURAGEOUS - We show up for the hard stuff and we fiercely support our mahi and our impact.

PLAYFUL - We value play, laughter and we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
