EMPOWERMENT BOARD MEMBER

My role as a Navigator at TupuToa is to empower corporate Aotearoa to embrace future Māori and Pacific leaders. I’ve joined the Empowerment Board as BloomHQ are doing some game changing stuff in the people space. I’m working towards a future where leadership can be unlocked in anyone and the Empowerment Board is an avenue in creating that reality.

I’m Rachael and I am Head of People Experience at Cogo. I look after all things people, culture and capability at Cogo across multiple disciplines and multiple timezones - all within the realms of a strongly values led organisation punching above its weight - I love it.

I’m excited to join the BloomHQ Empowerment Board because I align so closely with what the team are trying to achieve in creating what we should all experience at the places we work - empathy, boldness and bravery, with realness behind it. I hope to use my experience to help guide BloomHQ on this journey - many voices are better than one and I’m proud to play my part.

Natalie brings a wealth of senior executive experience to the Bloom HQ Empowerment Board with a passion for increasing business performance through practical and innovative people and culture strategies and approaches. Natalie has achieved significant business results leading human resources, health safety and wellbeing, organisational development functions as well as facilitating strategy and transformational change.

Natalie’s experience in New Zealand spans a number of well known organisations including Ministry of Education, MetService, FMG, Synlait Milk, Christchurch International Airport, Goodman Fielder and Mainland Products. Prior to living and working in New Zealand, Natalie worked with a number of fast moving consumer goods and utility companies in Australia.
